When the roll plate of the unwinding machine's supporting tile board covers the photoelectric sensor switch, the photoelectric sensor switch sends a signal to the frequency converter. After the frequency converter receives the electrical signal, the motor is controlled to rotate slowly and slowly. Unwinding slowly and smoothly ensures the processing quality of the unwinding coils in the subsequent equipment.
When the reel does not cover the photoelectric sensor switch during the unwinding process, the photoelectric sensor switch sends an electrical signal to the frequency converter. After the frequency converter receives the electrical signal, it controls the motor to accelerate to accelerate the unwinding of the reel. It guarantees the processing quality of the released coil in the subsequent equipment.
