The tilting machine can tilt a product through 90° in absolute controlled safety, traditionally designed for large heavy steel coils but this product can also be used in a number of scenarios whereby something really heavy needs to be rotated.
We can make machines with different loads according to customer needs, for example, 5 tons or 10 tons. Customers can handle objects of different weights.
The general purpose of the machine is to flip the steel coil 90°. The machine has 2 load-bearing surfaces. One surface is flat and the other surface is V-shaped. We need to put down the vertical steel coil. We put the steel coil on the flat load-bearing surface of the machine and make sure the outer ring of the steel coil is against the V-shaped surface. In this way, the steel coil will not roll when we flip it.
