1. Lubricate the oil cups and manual lubrication points as required.
2. Roll the plate according to the parameters specified by the decoiler. The thickness of the coil is 20mm and the maximum length is 2500mm. The yield limit of the coil material is less than 250Mpa.
3. After the power is turned on, carry out the positive and negative directions of the lower roller and the up and down movement of the upper roller to check whether each movement is abnormally stuck.
4. Strictly follow the unwinding machine coil processing procedures and operating methods. When the upper roller is raised to the limit position, pay attention to the safe operation of the equipment.
5. After the main drive stops, the upper roller can be lifted, the tilting of the reversing bearing can be reset and the upper roller can be lifted.
6. During the operation, if irregular noises, impacts and other abnormal phenomena are found, they should be stopped immediately for inspection.
7. In the operation, all personnel must coordinate with each other, obey the command of the person in charge of the roll board, without a password, it is forbidden to start the machine.
8. When carrying out the decoiler coiling operation, pay attention to the hand being pressed by the steel plate and rolled in together with the steel plate.
9. When lifting steel plates or reels with a truck, be careful not to collide with the machine.
After the work of the uncoiler is completed, the site should be cleaned up after finishing the work, and the maintenance work of the equipment should be done well, and the power should be turned off in time.
