Prepainted Steel Ridge Cap Machine
This roll forming machine makes metal ridge cap. In general, material of ridge cap is prepainted steel strips.
The iron sheet ridge tile is formed by pressing and bending metal plates, and the back cover is on the roof ridge of the house (as shown in Figure 2). The iron sheet ridge tile is used to fix the covering. After all trusses and permanent transverse supports are in place, install iron sheet ridge tiles.
Delivery Time And Shipment:
Delivery time is about 60 days. Shipment in one 20ft container.
Installation And Training:
a. If buyers visit our factory and inspect the machines, we will teach you how to install and operate the machine, and also train buyer's workers / technicians on live.
b. No visit, we will send you instruction manual and videos to teach you how to install and operate.
c. If buyer needs our technicians to go to their factory, it needs round air ticket, accommodation and etc.
