Metal Ridge Cap Machine
It makes metal ridge caps. It is one of all roll forming machine. Material of ridge caps includes prepainted steel strips, aluzinc steel strips, galavanized steel strips, etc.
The iron sheet ridge tile is formed by pressing and bending metal plates, and the back cover is on the roof ridge of the house (as shown in Figure 2). The iron sheet ridge tile is used to fix the covering. After all trusses and permanent transverse supports are in place, install iron sheet ridge tiles. 224mm flat steel strip shall be used, and the bending angle of the flat steel strip shall be consistent with the roof slope. You can either bend on the bending machine or send it to the sheet metal workshop for bending. Lay the ridge tile from one end of the roof to the other end and use ST4 2 low profile screws fix it to each truss. The following table shows the normal slope and the corresponding bending angle. This table can also be used to determine the bending angle of the four slopes and gutters where the wall exactly intersects 90 °.

Delivery: about 60 days.
Shipment: in one 20 feet container.
Payment: 30% deposit, balance by T/T before shipment.
