The role of aluminum foil
1. Air-conditioning foil
Air conditioning foil is a special material for manufacturing heat exchanger fins for air conditioners. The air conditioning foil used in the early days was plain foil. In order to improve the appearance of plain foil, before forming, a corrosion-resistant inorganic coating and a hydrophilic organic coating are applied to form a hydrophilic foil. At present, hydrophilic foil accounts for% & 1 of the total air-conditioning foil, and its application ratio will be further improved. There is also a kind of water-repellent foil, which makes the surface of the fins have the function of water-repellent, to avoid the adhesion of condensed water. Because the skills of hydrophobic foil to improve the appearance of defrosting need to be further studied, the current practice has produced little.
The thickness of the air-conditioning foil is 0.1 mm to 0.15 mm. With the development of skills, the thickness of air-conditioning foils has been further thinned. The thickness of Japan's leading product today is 0.09mm. In an extremely thin state, the aluminum foil must have good formability, its arrangement and performance must be uniform, metallurgical defects are few, anisotropy is small, together it needs high strength, good ductility, uniform thickness, and good flatness. The standard and alloy of air-conditioning foil are relatively simple and suitable for large-scale production, but the seasonality of its shopping malls is strong. Regarding the professional manufacturers of air-conditioning foil, it is difficult to deal with the contradiction between oversupply in the peak season and no need in the cold season.
Due to the weak stock market demand, the production capacity and skill level of China's air-conditioning foils have continued to improve in recent years. A large, medium and small-scale, high-medium-low production company has produced a group of air-conditioning foils. The quality of some large companies such as North China Aluminum and Bohai Aluminum It has basically reached the world's leading level. Because domestic production capacity is excessive, competition in shopping malls is extremely fierce.
2. Cigarette packaging foil
China is the world's largest producer and consumer of cigarettes. At present, there are 146 large cigarette factories in China, with an annual output of 34 million boxes of cigarettes. They all use cigarette foil packaging, during which 30% use sprayed foil and 70% use calendering. The consumption of aluminum foil and rolled aluminum foil is 35,000 tons. With the enhancement of citizens' health awareness and the impact of imported cigarettes, the addition of cigarette foil has slowed down significantly. It is estimated that it will be added slightly in recent years. China's cigarette packaging foil accounts for 70% of the total double-zero foil. At present, there are two or three domestic companies that can produce high-quality cigarette foil. The skill level is appropriate to the world level, but the overall quality of domestic cigarette foil is a certain distance from the world level.
3. Decoration foil
Decoration foil is the decoration material used in the form of aluminum-plastic composite. It uses the characteristics of aluminum foil with good colorability and high light and heat reflectivity. It is mainly used for construction, furniture decoration and part of gift box packaging. The use of decoration foil in China's construction industry began in the 1990s, and it has expanded rapidly from central cities such as Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou to all parts of the country. In recent years, the demand has increased dramatically, usually used as interior walls of buildings and indoor furniture. Decoration materials are also widely used in the facade and interior decoration of commercial institutions.
The decoration foil has the advantages of heat insulation, moisture proof, sound insulation, fire prevention and easy cleaning, etc., and has luxurious appearance, convenient processing and fast construction device. At present, China's construction and home improvement industry has formed a boom in the use of decoration foils. With the rapid development of China's construction industry and the continuous popularization of the use of decoration foil, the demand for decoration foil will also increase significantly. In addition, the use of decorative foil packaging gifts is very popular abroad. In recent years, it has developed rapidly in China, and it is estimated that there will be a better prospect.
4, cable foil
The cable foil is the sealing and shielding property of aluminum foil, which is coated with plastic film on one or both sides to form an aluminum # plastic composite foil, which is used as a cable shield. The cable foil needs less oil on the outer surface, no holes, and has high mechanical properties. The overall quality is not high, but the length is extremely strict.
At present, domestic leading cold rolling mills, versatile rolling mills and aluminum foil rough rolling mills can all be produced, but the market growth is poor, and the domestic demand is 25,000 tons per year.
