1. Constant velocity universal joint assembly

The grease grade is: special grease for universal joints. Lubricating grease filling method: Fill the grease from the grease nipple of the universal joint until the grease at one of the universal joint shaft bowls overflows. Mining vehicles and engineering vehicles with poor road conditions should shorten the time or mileage of grease filling.
2. Hanger bearing with intermediate hanger drive shaft
①The hanger of the drive shaft connected to the end face tooth adopts maintenance-free bearings, no oil injection is required;
② Lubricating grease should be added regularly to the bearings of the plane-connected drive shaft hanger. Generally, lubricating grease is added every 10000Km. The grease grade is: 2 # General Purpose Lithium Grease for Automobiles. Grease filling method: Fill the grease from the oil nozzle of the spline connection disk until the grease overflows from the mouth of the hanger.
3. Drive shaft with splined expansion joint
Grease the spline regularly. Generally, road vehicles are refilled every 10000Km, and dump trucks and cement mixers are refilled every 5000Km. The grease brand is: No. 2 automobile general-purpose lithium-based grease. Grease filling method: Fill grease from the spout shaft sheath tube oil filling nozzle until grease overflows from the oil seal of the sheath tube. Mining vehicles and engineering vehicles with poor road conditions should shorten the time or mileage of grease filling
4. The first transmission shaft inspection project (2000 ~ 5000 kilometers)
① Lubricate the drive shaft telescopic sleeve and the drive shaft universal joint bearing
②Check the hanger bolts of the transmission shaft
③ Check the coupling bolts of the drive shaft
