How to install the intermediate support of the drive shaft?
To install the intermediate support of the drive shaft, the following methods shall be adopted:
1) Install the intermediate support first, pre-tighten the bolts to a certain degree without screwing, and move the drive shaft by hand. There should be no jamming. The resistance to rotating the drive shaft should be small.
2) Pad up the driving wheel, start the engine, rotate at low speed, put on low speed, and let the drive shaft rotate automatically.
3) Tighten the fixing bolts after alignment. Pay attention to the same tightening torque.
4) If the transmission shaft is bent and deformed and generates vibration, the transmission shaft should be disassembled, straightened and verified by the transmission shaft, and the dynamic balance is mainly checked.
5) In use, the intermediate support bearing should be regularly lubricated and inspected, and the bolts should be tightened in time if they are loose. If the intermediate support connecting plate of the drive shaft is broken, the assembly should be replaced.
