Features of the decoiler.

 

 

 

The uncoiling machine is arranged at the front end of the entrance part of the unit, and corresponds to the №1 and №2 steel coil trolleys, respectively. The function of the unit's uncoiler is to unwind the coil under the tension of the strip, and another significant role is to achieve automatic centering of the strip under the central control (CPC). The conventional continuous rewinding and color coating unit is equipped with two decoilers. Because the two decoilers alternately decoil, it creates a prerequisite for the continuous production of the subsequent equipment of the unit. The cutting production line is equipped with an uncoiler. The tension of the steel strip at the entrance is established by the uncoiler and the №1 tension roller set of the unit.

 

The body of the decoiler is a welded box-shaped structure, and the variable frequency speed regulating motor drives the spool shaft after decelerating through the gear box to provide the main power for the decoiler. The spool of the decoiler is a hollow shaft, which is supported on the gear box body by two bearings with a transmission spur gear installed between the bearings. The gearbox is lubricated by forced lubrication and is equipped with two constant-speed motors for the closed-loop oil lubrication system. The mandrel is a cantilever structure, and its front end is supported by an external support bearing during uncoiling to maintain the rigidity and stability of the uncoiling machine.

 

The core shaft of the uncoiling machine is connected to the four fan-shaped plates through the inclined dovetail grooves on the four end faces. Each fan-shaped plate is prevented from moving axially by a radial slide at the tail end, but it can be expanded and contracted in the radial direction. A rotating oil cylinder is connected to the trailing end of the spool shaft, and the piston rod of the oil cylinder drives the front quadrilateral shaft to slide axially through the pull rod in the center of the spool shaft, thereby driving the radial expansion and contraction of the fan-shaped plate. The reel can increase the nominal diameter by adding four fan-shaped plates. The decoiler frame can be moved on the guide rail of the machine base and driven by the hydraulic cylinder, which can realize the central position control. In order to enhance the stability of the reel, a support arm device is designed on the head of the reel. When there is a steel coil on the reel, the support arm is driven by the oil cylinder to support the head of the reel. The support arm is usually retracted without affecting it. The steel coil is rolled up.
