It is similar to galvanized steel coil, produced by a hot-dip process. Instead of 100% zinc coating, the alloy of coating contains 55% Al, 43.5% Zn and 1.5% Si.
Galvalume steel coil have excellent performance, possessing ideal comprehensive properties of corrosion resistance, formation and coating.
Application:
Galvalume steel coil (also named aluzinc steel coil) are mainly used for building, automobiles, metallurgy, electric equipments and more.
(1) Building – roof, door, window, roller shutter door and suspended skeleton
(2) Automobiles – vehicle shell, chassis, door, trunk lid, oil tank, and fender
(3) Metallurgy – steel sash blank and color coated substrate
(4) Electric equipements – refrigerator base and shell, freezer, and kitchen equipment
