Hot dipped gavalume steel is popularly named as ' Zinc alu steel' in South America. It is carbon steel sheet coated with aluminum-zinc alloy by a continuous hot-dip process. The nominal coating composition is 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% Si.
The surface treatment:
AFP and no AFP. AFP means anti finger print. It is a resin to protect steel sheet from corrosion. In order to have beautiful appearance, you can choose yellow/green/blue for the color of resin on only one side or both sides of the steel sheet.
Applications:
Construction industry, Architectural decoration.
