Description: This series produces coils with the required width for uncoiling, slitting and rewinding metal plates into several coils. It is suitable for the surface processing of cold-rolled, hot-rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and various metal plates after electroplating. The slitting line is controlled by PLC, man-machine interface, high degree of automation, simple and reliable operation.
Description of Slitter (90KW DC )
◆Power part: consist of the drive base, decelerator, 90KW DC motor, gear distributor box, coupling, spindle, connecting-cover, etc.
◆Host machine: This is composed of bottom-stand, fixed bracket, big slide, knife pivot(φ220mm, 2pcs), movable bracket, slide, the front and back adjustable device of bracket, knife pivot lifting and pressing down adjustment device.
◆Knife pivot press down device adopts the motor to lift up and down.
◆It change the blades through moving out the bracket hydraulically and is very convenient and fast.
Payment and delivery:
Payment, 30% deposit, balance by T/T before shipment.
