This roll forming machine makes C shape purlin. The profile is according to buyer's drawing. We need the drawing of the profile. Before producing, we will send our drawing to client for confirmation.
Price and payment term:
Price by negotiation, FOB Shanghai or Ningbo port China.
Payment term: 30% deposit, balance by T/T before shipment.
Delivery time and Shipment:
Delivery time is about 60 days. Shipment in one 40ft container.
Technical Plan
A. Basic technical descriptions:
1. Motor Power (The actual power is subject to our final design.): Main Motor Power: 15KW, cutting hydraulic pressure station power: 5.5KW.
2. Voltage: 380V, 3 phase 50HZ or according to buyer's requirement.
3. Shape: According to client’s drawing.( The client should give us detail dimension.)
4. Forming Speed: about 10 ~12 meters/minute
5. Quantity of Rollers: about 17 pairs of rollers. (The actual rollers quantity is subject to our final design.)
6. Material specification of steel sheet before rolling: black steel strips with thickness 1.4 ~ 2.6mm.
7. Total weight of the machine: about 9 tons
8. Size of machine: about 8000*1300*1400mm
9. One side is movable automatically by setting width on touch screen.
B. Material of Main Equipment:
Roller Material: GCr15 steel.
Drive Shaft Material: 45# steel, diameter 80mm with treatment of hardening and tempering.
Transmission：chain wheel & chain.
Blade material: Cr12, quenching treatment, hardness about HRC62.
Electric Elements: control system with PLC, Touch screen, Frequency converter are of good brand.
Hydraulic System: China famous brand, with reliable quality.

Installation/ Assembly (optional):
1) After machine arrived at destination, the seller will send 1 or 2 technicians to the buyer’s factory to install the machine if buyer requested this.
2) Installation period: 5-7 working days.
3) The buyer provides some their own workers to assist the work, meanwhile, to solve the language problem for seller’s technicians. Before installation, the buyer should arrange material and hydraulic oil, and build foundation for laying out the machine.
4) In addition, the buyer pays seller's technicians travel cost outside of China (including round air fare), accommodation and food (at least three-star hotel with air condition), provides necessary communication, and insurance, and etc.
5) Installation charge: US$1,000 for one machine only; this charge should be paid before technicians leave China.
6) Alternatively, the buyer can send their technicians to the seller's workshop to learn how to install the machine.
